If no aces are hit in the Singles, there will be a CTTP throw off before prizegiving. If more than one ace in the singles over the weekend, the kitty will be shared.
Sponsor a hole and get your business or club name promoted on the hole of your choice (if available) and leading up to the event on social media. An A3 coreflute logo sign will be provided as part of your sponsorship however, we encourage you to provide a teardrop flag or banner or some other kind of funky signage with your logo to aid the promotion of your brand.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Players who officially request to withdraw from this event at least 30 days before the start of the event (before September 10th 2025) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus PayPal, discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee). Players who officially request to withdraw from this event 15 to 29 days before the start of this event (between 11th and 25th September) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus $25 player pack costs , PayPal and discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 50% monetary refund. Players who officially request to withdraw from this event within 14 days of the start of the event (26th September or after) will receive a 100% monetary refund (minus $25 player pack costs, PayPal and discgolfscene fees and a $10 admin / refund handling fee) only if their spot in the tournament is filled by another player. If the player’s spot is not filled, the player will receive a 25% monetary refund. Players who request withdrawal after the published close of registration (October 3rd at 6pm) are not entitled to a refund.
