All Amateurs can pick up their player pack discs in the parking lot from 8:00am to 8:30am.

There will be a player meeting before round one at 8:35am to answer any questions. Round one will start at 9:00am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.

Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. All players/teams are responsible for keeping score. The web address for digital scoring is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!

On or across any path, road or parking lot is OB. We will help define the parking lots with flags. The post line behind hole 9s basket is also OB. There will be no mandos.

We will have side games of a CTP contest on holes 1 & 2, and a Long Putt contest on hole 18 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out each round. There is $245 in the optional Ace Pool. If nobody hits it, we will have a CTP throw off for it after the second round.

There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1.

All cash payouts including Ace Pool will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Let me know if you have any questions.
