Hi! My name is Nic Hubbert and I am the president and founder of the MSU Texas Disc Golf Team. First off I want to say thank you so much for joining us for our first sanctioned event. With that being said this is a learning experience for all so please have patience and respect with any questions or concerns!
During the round, if you have any uncertainties please take a picture of your lie, play a provisional as well as your original lie and bring it to a TD after your round.
We would like to hear any feedback you have to continue improving our events and making them fun for our competitors. Saturday morning ALL players will be meeting at Lake Wichita between 7-8 am for check-in and player pack pickup. Your hole assignments should be up as of 9 pm on 9/23, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email us at [email redacted] or message me on Facebook!
Due to the $5000/$10000 Ace Challenge, there will be NO A Pool and B pool. All players will play Lake Wichita in the morning and then everyone will take a lunch break and meet back at Lucy Park for our afternoon round!
Our afternoon round will start approximately 1 ½ hours after the last card is turned in for the morning round. (1 hour to eat and half an hour for travel and warmup)
I will post our start time on the Facebook event page as well as send an email out to everyone as soon as the last card is turned in.
We will have waters provided throughout both courses, be sure to bring cash for our Raffle and MSU custom stamped fundraiser discs at Lucy HQ!
Attached below is a full detailed course rule sheet for both Lake Wichita and Lucy Combo. We will have a small amount of printed rules sheets for each card to have.
