Morning everyone-

I’m out playing through Northwood Blacks and noticed hole 8 is in the short pin position. I’ve reached out to Ledgestone and they’re checking with the parks department on whether this can get moved to longs or not. I’ll let everyone know later today what it will officially be in for tournament. Sorry about that!

Hi everyone - I sent out an email earlier today to all registrants. Let me know if you have any questions and I will see you all next week on Friday for check-in! Program managers, make sure you get all your athletes compliance requirements sorted out. I'll be reaching out on Monday to all PMs confirming whether or not athletes registered are compliant.

For anyone who hasn't registered, you have until Monday mid-day to secure a player pack as I need to get those numbers over to Ledgestone so the discs can get stamped.

Hello everyone! Thanks to those who have gotten registered - I'm trying to make sure I have player pack number sorted out by the end of the day today.

If we do not fill up by Wednesday, 10/15. then starting at 5:00 p.m. CST, you may register a second team for D1 or D2 divisions. This is a first come first serve basis through the regular registration system as we do not have a waitlist at this time for second teams.

I will send out more information and details about the tournament this Friday, 10/17 and be working on compliance checks as normal starting next Monday. Can't wait to see you all in two weeks!

Registration for MCT will open up tonight, 8/25/25 at 5 p.m. CST.

Only one team per program may register for D1, D2 and D3 at this time. If you are looking to register more than one team, please contact me to get added to the waitlist. This is to ensure that we allow for the most number of unique programs in each division to register before allowing for multiple teams from the same program in.

All teams must register actual players - no placeholders allowed!

D1 women's programs may register multiple teams at any point.
