Mark your calendars for the 11th Annual Mellow Day in May! This year's tournament will feature one day and two rounds of disc golf on the Seth Burton Memorial Course, and the Orange Crush Course with 36 newly installed concrete teepads!

Player Pack:
Each amateur player will receive a $20 credit towards merchandise.

Divisions:
In accordance with new PDGA guidelines, divisions have been carefully selected to ensure competitive balance and promote participation. Due to course capacity and anticipated registration, a limited number of divisions will be offered. We are committed to supporting underserved divisions and will hold the following divisions regardless of registration numbers: FA1-4, FPO, MP50, FP50, MP60, FP60, FJ18, MJ18, FJ12, MJ12, FJ8, and MJ8. No additional divisions will be added to this event. Players are encouraged to register for the division that best reflects their skill level and eligibility.

Tentative Course Layouts
We reserve the right to adjust pool assignments if divisions do not fill a card, or if one pool reaches capacity while the other is significantly underfilled.

Pool A: (Pro Divisions plus MA1/FA1)
Round 1: Orange Crush
MPO, MP40, MP50, FPO: Long to B (Orange)
MA1, FA1: Long to A (Red)

Round 2: Seth Burton Memorial
MPO, MP40, MP50, FPO: Long to B (Yellow)
MA1, FA1: Short to B (Yellow)


Pool B: (Amateur Divisions except MA1/FA1)
Round 1: Seth Burton Memorial
MA2, MA40, MA50, MJ18: Long to A (Red)
FA2, FA40, FA50, MA3, MJ12: Short to B (Yellow)
All other divisions: Short to A (Red)

Round 2: Orange Crush
MA2, MA40, MA50, MJ18: Long to A (Red)
FA2, FA40, FA50, MA3: Short to B (Orange)
All other divisions: Short to A (Red)


Playoffs:
In the event of a tie for first place, a sudden death playoff will be conducted on hole 1, and subsequent holes as needed, following PDGA rules.

Prizes & Payouts:
First-place trophies will be awarded to divisions with three or more registered players. Professional payouts will be distributed via PayPal.

Entry Fees:
● Pro: $65 ($4 PDGA Fees, $61 Payout)
● Amateur: $55 ($4 PDGA Fees, $20 Player Pack, $31 Merch Payout)
● Junior: $45 ($4 PDGA Fees, $20 Player Pack, $21 Merch Payout)

Optional Ace Pot
The cash pot is split evenly to all players who hit one or more aces during sanctioned play and who entered the pot. If no aces are made, the entire pot is donated to the Fairmont Soup Opera. We are seeding the pot with $65 (max entry price).

We'll be offering the option to sponsor the tournament, a hole, or a bench during registration.

Spectators
Come watch the action at the Seth Burton Memorial course! Spectators are welcome, but please stay on the paved road and follow any instructions from players or staff to avoid being injured or causing a distraction.

Refund Schedule:

● Before or on May 1: Full (100%) refund
● Before or on May 16: 50% refund
● Before or on May 30 at 9:15 AM: 25% refund (extended from May 29)
● After May 30 at 9:15 AM: No refund
