1.03 Schedule:
Paypal and DiscGolfScene fees are not refundable.
Before or on May 1: 100% refund
Before or on May 16: 50% refund
Before or on May 29 @ 9:15am: 25% refund
After May 29 @ 9:15am: No refund.
