Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Tupelo Disc Golf Assocation is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event prior to (or on) June 18, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund, minus a $5 fee.

​Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between June 19 and July 5, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is immediately filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 50% cash refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 6 and July 17, 2026 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is immediately filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
