Cash ace fund. If an ace is hit, payout will be 100% (split if more than one ace). If no aces are hit money will be used for the Maverick Disc Golf series.
If you cash, how do you want it paid?
MA3 / FA3 / JR are 'True Amateur' divisions. This means that there is a player pack with no additional payout. The player pack will be a selection of discs from various manufacturers that will include old tournament stamps, misprints, overruns, or factory seconds. If you don't find something you like you can opt to receive a $14 voucher redeemable at Maverick Disc Golf.
All amateur divisions other than MA3 / FA3 / JR will not have a player pack and will be payout only. Payotuts are redeemable at Maverick Disc Golf in Olathe, KS. An online code can be given if the player proactively request one. All payouts expire 12/31/2025.

Tournament refund / cancellation policy Maverick Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds PRIOR to October 19th will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from October 19 to October 23 11:59 PM will receive refunds less an $6 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after October 23, 2025. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/104) Waitlist policy: If you are on the wait list and don't get in, you'll get a full refund less the PayPal and dgscene fees. When an opening becomes available, it is filled from the waitlist first. If you are on the waitlist, you can request a refund at any time and get a full refund less the PP and DGScene fees. Once you are on the normal registration list, the above paragraph applies as long as it is before registration ends. When registration closes, and you are still on the waitlist, you will be removed and refunded, less the PP and DGS fees.
