CHECK-IN
Check in with the Tournament Director (Rob) between 7:30 AM - 8:15 AM. Shotgun start tee time at 8:30.

SCORING
We will be using the PDGA digital scoring system. (This is not Udisc). To access it, go to pdga.com/score. Enter in the password, then your last name or PDGA number, and the card will pull up. The PDGA scoring app is easy to use and will have all of the correct distances and OB rules. I will have paper scorecards as a backup.
If you haven’t used the PDGA scoring system, check in a little earlier and the Tournament Director will show you how to do it. It has a feel that is similar to udisc, but it’s a different system that exports scores directly to me and the PDGA site.
Password: mdg257
CADDY BOOK
Hole lengths, pars, and OB rules are listed in the PDGA app while you are keeping score.
VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure you read in the PDGA app which basket you are throwing to. It is different for Pools A & B, and it will also be different for Round 2.
General Course Rules:
Tall Grass is safe for all holes. Creek / Water is OB on Holes 6, 9 and 10.Where the creek has a steep incline, the top of the embankment is the OB line.'Surrounded by water' means if there is water all the way around your disc it is OB. If it is on a rock in the creek, and there is water all around that rock, you are 'surrounded by water' and are OB.
COURSE CONDITIONS / INCLEMENT WEATHER
There are no known issues.
PLAYER PACKSAmateur Player Pack:
All amateurs will receive one tournament stamped MVP disc. MA3 will also receive a bonus MVP / Axiom / Streamline Lab (Factory) Second, misprint, or overrun disc.
MVP disc choices are:
MVP Neutron Trail

You can research the discs here:

WATER
There will be water coolers out on the course. However, it is very likely they will go dry at some point. Please bring more than enough for yourself. There is also a water cooler in the park building’s entryway at the parking lot.
BONUS PRIZE ITEMS
If you have the Hot Round for your WHOLE DIVISION in round one, you will get a Hot Round Mini.
If you have the lowest score for Round Two of all the players on your card, you will win a prize from the Prize Box.
TROPHIES / PAYOUTS
Trophies will be given out as soon as the clear winner has been determined. All divisions with at least two players will have a First Place Trophy. MA3 will have a First, Second and Third Place trophy.
ACE / CTP FUND If you paid into the ace fund during registration you are included in this. If you didn’t, you can sign up when you check in if you want to. If neither applies, skip to the next section. Thank you for participating in the Ace Fund. With all Maverick DG events, the Ace fund is paid out as large ticket items and not as cash. This is one of the ways MavDG is ‘maverick’ and it helps to pay for tournament expenses. I determine the payout items so that what is given out is higher than what was paid in so both the winner and the tournament benefits. PRIZES:
MVP Black Hole Pro HD + Transit bag ($190)MVP Rover Cart w/ optional mud flaps ($160) Please note: If there is a tie for first place in your division, we may start the CTP game before your playoff is done. If you super duper rather play the CTP game than for the First Place Trophy, you can always forfeit the playoff. I would ask you though - why are you playing in a tournament if not to win the prize of First Place?
PRO PAYOUTS can be either a check mailed to you to save fees, or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays fees) based on what you chose during registration. We prefer to pay with a check.
AM PAYOUTS are redeemable in person at our physical store in Olathe, KS at 600 E. Santa Fe St. Ste C. If you cannot come to the store, you can request an online to be used at our website maverickdiscgolf.com. Online codes will not cover shipping.
All payout vouchers for all Maverick DG vended tournaments in 2025 expire 12/31/2025.
There is no payout for MA3, hence the additional items in your player pack.
