As a note, we'll be meeting at the Shelter (#6) at 9 a.m. Sunday March 3 for the start of round 3. I will have a brief players meeting to go over the extra holes and questions that may come up with it. I'll have have some weather precautions and some additional announcements. Also any questions may be brought up. The extra holes will be setup around 7 a.m. so you can get in any practice.

Question about the Match play format.
I assume that, after the first three "normal" rounds, the #1 Player will play the #4 Player and the #2 will play the #3, for each division with at least 4 Players.
If this is so, will the winners of those two matches then play against each other for the win?
And, how many holes will be in each of the Match Play rounds?
Hmmmm - guess that was two questions :)

Thanks! Guess I need to convince a couple of the other old farts to play in the 40+ Division so that all 8 of us can make the Match Play round :)

Good manners...but no. :) Everyone gets 1 ticket for free. First 20 that registered get 3 tickets. I will have additional tickets available for a donation. Up to 5 tickets, $1 a piece. All proceeds benefit Eagles Wings Disc Golf.

I have listed as part of the raffle, a minimum of 2 spots on next years disc with be selected. I plan on doing this if I reach 55 players. If it's under, I'll go back to 1 spot minimum.

Here's the projected round distances and pars. I'll go into more details (hole tee pads) as it's finalized. Round 3 will be an extended round of 24 holes. 7 of these holes will be part of the projected expansion of Ballou Park DGC.
The listing below may change depending on weather over the next week or how I feel that particular day, or martial law...or the apocalypse. Trying to cover everything:

Most times we wait until the previous weekend to do the last clean up/cutting. We did some 2 weeks ago but it's been especially difficult due to the recent weather (50+mph winds, torrential rain, etc). If there are any specific areas, let me know and I can add it to the list.

The only really bad one I thought was the bridge on hole 15 blocking the bridge. Which the parks department numbered. But that would be hard to take care of without some heavy equipment.

Available molds for the players pack disc: Trespass, Enforcer, Warden, War Horse, Explorer, Judge and Getaway. Since Escapes and Deputys were unfortunately now out of stock, they were replaced with the Getaway (more stable Escape) and the Judge (the staple).

For those that registered prior to this update, let me know if you would like an extra so my numbers can be correct when ordering. This is especially important to those featured on the disc as last years winners. Might want one for your mom, so you're not a complete disappointment.
Yup. You got it. Final Four winners go to the championship. Depending on time and division it'll be either a 6 or 9 holes of match play.
