So if we’re toward the top of the waitlist, could we show up and the course in case of a no show. And if yes what time for ma2?

I am first on the waitlist for MA40. If there is a late withdrawal how much time would I get to get to the course?

The expectation would be that someone would tell us by 5PM today to give a reasonable amount of time to notify a waitlisted player. If you wanted to be on site in the event of a no show, the tee time window for MA40 is 8:20-9:00.

I've just had a family situation arise that will prevent me from playing. Unfortunately I don't see any MA50 on the waiting list. Is it too late to get a refund? I just submitted a withdrawal and refund request.

Unfortunately with no one on the waitlist, we are unable to process a refund. We can post on social media to try and fill the spot. Hopefully someone sees it.

it will likely be a 4.5-5 hour round (10 mins per hole = 27 holes)

Is a practice round on Friday covered in our price for the tournament registration? In other words, do we still have to pay to play (just a practice round, not doubles) on Friday if we are registered for the tournament?

Unfortunately not. Your greens fees are being waived for the weekend, but you will still need to purchase them for practice rounds.

HI, yes. Also check in times and players meeting. Are you allowed to spectate other cards once your round is finished? I just read that they are still working on what the layout will be as well?

Chad. Tee times will likely be posted no later than Thursday. Players will be playing one round a day. You are certainly allowed to spectate when you are not playing. We encourage it actually.

Does anyone know the rough schedule or what it has been in the past? Is it a tee time or shotgun event, and rough time that it wraps up on Sunday? Also, any extra events that may go on during the day while you're not playing your round.

I played in 20 I think. Was tee times then. I would imagine a course like BRP they will stick to tee times. Wraps up whenever you are done with your round on Sunday! If you're a later card I would say 3-5? I think rewards are after 5. I watched chase card come in I believe and it was 4 or so.

Can y'all confirm how folks are being added from the waitlist?
Per Jason's comment below, "typically we will replace 1 for 1 in a given division in order to keep the division counts the same". However, it looks to me that the waitlist is set up to add the next person at the top of list regardless of the division.
Currently MA1 has 2 more players than spots and MA2 has 2 less.
I am just looking for clarity so I can decide to wait or to withdraw and sign up for another event.

I was trying to request a refund for MA1 but this tourney is not showing up in my registered tournaments list on Disc Golf Scene for me to do that. Any suggestions?

If you go to the players section, up top, it should give you the option above all the names to edit your registration...is that not there?

Yes. You would want to be there prior to the first MA2 tee time.
