Player packs will be available Friday 6/16 at Cahaba Brewing.

For anyone not able to make the check-in event on Friday night: All AMS except for MA1 (Advanced) will be able to check-in and pick up their player packs at Clay DGC on Saturday. MA1 can pick up player packs at Clay DGC on Sunday or at the Player Party on Saturday night at Cahaba Brewing Co.

Refund policy

Disc Golf Birmingham is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. A full refund will be given to players who request a refund by 5/18/17 at 12 Noon. Any refund requested after this date will incur a $10 refund fee. After 6/3/17, a full refund will be provided only if the player's spot is filled by another player. Pro players will receive a 75% cash refund, AM players will receive their player pack if the spot is not filled. Waitlist fees are refundable if you do not come off the waitlist. If you are invited off the waitlist, the refund policy above will apply to you, as well.
