Hi players!

Thanks so much for registering to play in the Macomber Madness tournament this weekend! We're definitely excited to play disc golf at a brand new venue and I'm sure you'll have a blast playing this layout!

Unfortunately, the weather has not worked in our favor this week. The forecast is calling for steady rain today, tomorrow, and Friday morning. The last thing we want to do it tear up these ballfields and turn our course into mud before this weekend. Doesn't work well for us, doesn't look good on us.

Due to the rain, we are going to cancel open practice for today and tomorrow. Course construction will take place Friday morning, and we anticipate the course will be open for practice around noon on Friday. Our under-the-lights doubles event is still on track for Friday night as well.

Please accept my apologies if you've made plans to play today or tomorrow. We've got one chance to do this right. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

I'll be sending out an email soon with your players guide and other information. Please be on the lookout!

MACOMBER UPDATE - Ok folks just gonna say it directly... the weather for the next two days sucks. Latest forecasts have it raining pretty much all day Wednesday and Thursday. I'm heading up there in the morning to talk through our plan, but please be prepared for changes. We MAY delay practice until Friday. Just gotta see what tomorrow brings. Be prepared for anything and be patient. Thanks.

Hey guys! Just want to let everyone know we got the green-light for an awesome doubles match Friday night before the event! We will be using the field lights for the main section of the course, and some glow lights for the baskets near the perimeter. I'll throw in some cool prizes for CTP's and give cash payouts to the winners! This should be a blast!
