It is with a sad heart I am canceling this tournament. I spoke to one of the deputy directors of ODNR today and was informed that at this time ODNR and no plans on opening up for group events of any kind anytime soon. Please private message me your address or respond to the email I sent a few weeks ago about sending me your address. My email is [email redacted] you can also email me direct to that email your address. Any requests for me to mail multiple players the parties involved must message me individually and request this so I have record of sending multiples to one person. Thank you all for your understanding through all of this and I appreciate your support! Hopefully I will be able to run this tournament next year with all the same perks I was offering this year! Dear Participants,

With the new date of June 13th approaching and the likelihood that I will be canceled by the park I am going to start the process of collecting address to mail everyone their players packs. This does not mean that the event is completely canceled yet. I am just preparing for the likely event it will be and I will not be rescheduling the event again due to the cost of the insurance I had to purchase which costs more money every time I charge the date. I am trying to stay optimistic about going forward for June 13th but I want to prepare in the event it is canceled. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and know that I to am very disappointed in the situation. Thank you for your understanding. I will let everyone know as soon as I get conformation one way or another if the event will go forward or not.

The park has put me on a call list to be informed of the date when the park will reopen for events. At this point I am not going to pick a future date until I hear from the park. I want to let everyone know that I was contacted by Mosquito Lake State Park this morning and they have notified me that I am no longer permitted to have the event there. I have a request out to move the event to Young's Run which is a 5 min drive from Mosquito Lake State Park. When I know more info I will post here and on The Chain Bangers Facebook Page. I have been approached by several people that have signed up for the MVP Winter Series Event and several people that want to sign up worried about possible sand bagging in the tournament and seeming how I want this to be fun but fair I will be readjusting the divisions. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but I still want this to be run as fair as possible.
