Thanks everyone..90 players! Look forward to bigger and better things for next year's hopefully, maybe even more holes or a change of venue. Score will be up by Wednesday- I have far too much to do with the shop on Monday's to start any score posting today!

Thanks for the fun event today. Couldn't of asked for better weather. It was nice to get out and meet some new people and throw some discs!

It was fun Calhouns! Thanks again. My pink Servo took a tree hit and landed in the water on 13. It's pink, has the 173 white sticker on it and has my PDGA # 71541 along the rim. If you fish it out, please let me know, it was working for me today.

Distance contest, is that with any MVP disc or just the players pack discs? Last year it was any gyro. Just want to know if I should bring a few drivers?

Only a 10-20% chance of during (starting at tee time) on Sunday! We will only delay for lightning, not just rain so bring a towel. If the rain is real bad or lightning delays- we may reduce holes or a few side events after the round to keep things moving.

Important note: we will be accepting the remaining entries for people who get in a line BEFORE the 8:30 Check in time. We fully expect all spots to fill with people who arrived earlier to wait in line for the spots. There is no reason not to give the first 5 people the spots even if it's before 8:30 as they would have been in line first anyway. We are sorry but some people may be turned away as we won't have the ability to add extra players even if we wanted to go beyond 4 per hole we won't have discs for extra.

Tournament is on- rain or shine! Lightning will delay play however. If the weather is too bad, may postpone/cancel some side events but not the tournament round. There will be room for at least 5 players to sign up in the morning- first in line. We expect a line for that to start before 8am.

At this time- pre registration is closed (unless you're one of 1-2 people communicating with is about sign up already, please do still), the remaining space will be reserved for whoever gets in line first the day of the tournament.

Next paid entry is in guaranteed- we WILL still have 5 spots open for morning-of registration, first in line. (probably best to be here before 8am if trying to get a spot). If enough people don't make it to allow for more room, we can then open a few more spots towards the end of check-in.

Note: It may appear there will be less than 5 spots day-of but we will have 5 spots available day-of. If you couldn't get in in advance, be the first in line probably by 8am before I am even set up. We are taking on a few extra pre-registrations on the assumption that some people will not show, because we will not go over 96 actual players on tournament day, but will be getting about 105 player's packs total.

Yes, 5 spots the morning of are guaranteed, to the first 5 in line waiting for those spots. I am opening check-in reg, at 8:30 I think it is, may check in some people who are paid already earlier if I'm set up, but 8:30 would be the moment the remaining spots start going to people in line if they form a line.

I can only allow 2 more pre-registrants, in-store or phone. Then it's going to be day-of only, 5, maybe 10 spots (I am getting a few extra packs above 96 because some people won't show up to play). But, we WILL cap players day-of at 96, no 5-somes.

Xavier- call or stop is ASAP it is strictly FCFS since online reg ended, we are technically FULL because I am saving 5 for day of frst in line- but since some people won't make it, we can safely let a few more people in. However, on the near-impossible chance EVERYONE shows up, we can't let more than 96 players in, so anyone signing up now would have to be OK with that faint possibility.

Online registration may be closed, BUT you CAN still sign up in-store for the time being. Once those spots run out if they do, we're saving a handful for day-of registration only. We need just 5 more for a basket giveaway!

We made it to magic #60, I am ordering 75+ player's packs, so if they all sell, there will be a basket prize that can be won by anyone. It will not be for best score, or a ctp on a long hole, it will be a fair shot that anyone playing could potentially win!

I think I'm just going to hand out #'ed cards and let people make up groups. It just saves me a lot of work, and gets things going on time better that way.

If we get to 60+ players signed up by the end of the day, May 12th, I will definitely order at least 75 player's packs so there will be a very good chance of a basket prize. Registration may extend again a little bit, but we have to order in advance. After online registration finally closes, the only way to sign up will be the day-of, first in line.
