About this tournament

MVP Circuit Challenge is continuing in the Poconos for the fourth straight year.
Whether you are new to disc golf, an avid gyronaut who needs the newest molds and plastic by MVP, or a competitor out to prove you can beat anyone with any manufacturer's plastic, this event is for you. This is to be a fun, casual event that you can play with friends and fellow disc golfers. With that being said, we can certainly allow card requests (during registration or day of).
The layout will be all short baskets. One round using the three discs provided and a second optional round to follow using the three discs plus any other three discs (subject to change depending on interest).
We will have prizes and CTPs throughout both rounds! Divisions are going to follow the same format as last year with addition of MA2 and MA4 to the already existing MA1, MA3, FA1, FA3, and professional divisions.
The discs in this year’s Player’s Pack discs are as follows:
• MVP Proton Cypher, 7/5/-3/1. The debut is here for the cypher. Get your hands on the unreleased mold. This is predicted to be an under stable fairway that can be used by all skill levels. Dead straight for lower power players or hyzer flip lines from higher power players.
• Axiom Particle Proton Paradox 5/4/-3/0. Axiom is continuing the particle plastic with the paradox. The paradox is a great hyzer flip or turnover mid-range for advanced players and a great straight to turnover shot disc for newer players. This is a useful disc for all levels of players. (glitter/metal flake in plate that glows in the dark with UV light).
• Streamline Eclipse Electron Range, 2/1/-0.5/0.5. The range is getting released in the new glow electron plastic. The electron eclipse plastic has only been released in prototypes, so this will be a wider release. The range is great for approaches with its low glide and will provided a challenge on the putting green.

MVP is releasing the Axiom Tempo in this year's proton watermelon plastic. The tempo is a popular axiom mold that was debuted in a circuit challenge a few years ago. The flight numbers are estimated to be 4/4/0/2.5.Watermelon discs have been highly sought-after items over the years. Pick one up when you register. We will also order some extra to be used as goodies or if anyone wants to buy one after thinking about it, while supplies last.
