I added a $5 Ace Fund which you can join by editing your registration on DiscGolfScene or on tournament day bring a $5 bill.
It also adds an extra bonus CTP. Which will be Hole #11.
We will have some extra of the Axiom Watermelon Paradox on tournament day. If you want one or another one. Pick em' when there in season.
Axiom Watermelon Paradox
Watermelon discs have been highly sought after items over the years, and we are beyond excited to welcome you into the melon patch with the Watermelon Paradox! With a speed of 5, glide of 4, turn of -4, and a fade of 0, the Watermelon Paradox is an awesome understable midrange — if you decide not to store it away as a collector’s item, that is!
Registration day of Tournament is from 8am thru 8:30am.
With a shotgun start at 9am.
At registration we will have Player cards, That each Participant or guardian will need to sign. Thanks.
Disc Selection(colors) will be subject to availability. Colors are limited and can’t be guaranteed.
The weather is looking decent atm. Disc will fly, Rain or shine. We will adhere to the PDGA weather cancellation policy.
We will have a few sharpies, so fell free to write your names on your disc, or put an identifying mark on them.
The map for the tournament is On UDisc. I will have paper scorecards or you may use UDisc.
We will be playing all short tees.
We will play the creek as O.B. per the PDGA rules.
Basically if your surrounded by water, your O.B. and will have 2 options.
Either option adds a penalty stroke, +1
- Option #1 is to rethrow from the previous spot, +1 stroke
- Option #2 is to take your drop from wherever your disc last crossed the O.B. line, +1 stroke
The drainage creek on hole #5 is Casual. Take relief straight in-line with the basket
or play your disc where it came to rest. No penalty.
Out of Bounds (OB) -
Take your next shot wherever your disc last crossed In-Bounds, with a 1 stroke penalty. Or you may chose to re-throw from the previous spot, with a 1 stroke penalty.
- Over any fence.
Please don't climb over fence. Take your next shot wherever your disc last crossed In-Bounds, with a 1 stroke penalty. Holes # 11, 12, 17
- Creek is OB.
Surrounded by water and over the creek is OB. Take your next shot wherever your disc last crossed In-Bounds, with a 1 stroke penalty. Holes #2, 11, 17
Hole #2 - OB in or over the creek to the left of the tee-box.
Hole #5 - Water is casual. Two options, both are without penalty.
1) Play disc as it lies.
2) Take relief directly behind where the disc came to rest.
Hole #6 - Lake is OB. Take your drop wherever your disc last crossed In-Bounds, with 1 penalty stroke.
