Tournament refund / cancellation policy If you request a refund BEFORE 48 hours of tee off, then you are subject to a $10 Non-Refundable Admin Fee. If you request it AFTER the 48 hour cutoff then you will receive a players pack in Lue of a refund. Flint River Council Scouting America is responsible for all refunds.
