About this tournament

This a PDGA Sanctioned XC Tier Charity BYOP Doubles Event. (Bring Your Own Partner)
It will be located at the absolutely Beautiful Bud Kelley Disc Golf Course in Henry County Ga.
This is a Charity Fundraiser to Benefit the Henry County Boy Scouts of America Flint River section.
We have 2 Rounds planned ….
AM (morning)
PM (Afternoon)
You will see the custom divisions at registration.
There are no “Pro.” Divisions. We have Gold To Gold layout available
We HIGHLY encourage you to take your and your partners combined rating and use that to chose your division.
Since we don’t have a Pro only division.
We are simply saying that any combined PDGA rating above 936 that you choose Gold To Gold to be fair .
And any players under 935 combined rating choose Gold to Red .
And any players under 870 combined rating choose, choose Red to Gold Layout .
We have PM and AM options available
You can signup for both if you want to play both rounds an have a chance to win 2 trophies.

2 Commemorative Tournament Stainless Steel Water Bottles
1 Towel.
1 Sharpie.
1 Raffle Entry with Registration.
1 Hot Lunch (stay tuned for an announcement on who this will be from).
Lots Of Free CTP’s.
Layouts:
Layouts are very clearly layed out and self explanatory.
You will have lots of options when choosing your competition.
We highly encourage you to choose according to your combined rating of you and your partner.
We will have Trophies for AM and PM Winners .
You will have the option to buy an additional Tournament Stamped Disc at Registration.
How to sign up for 1 OR BOTH Rounds
1 or 2 rounds ?
If you do want to play both rounds .
You simply sign up for both rounds and you’ll get 4 water bottles that way .
RAFFLES, Prizes, and Games:
For the Raffle itself, Mike Haney will be running this and “Doing his Thang.”
He loves doing raffles and makes it so much fun.
We will have a CTP challenge that will be happening all day long on a small temp hole layed out close by tournament central.
It will be $2 per throw and 3 throws for $5.
There will also be a Dirty Dollar throw off at the end for charity. We are gonna do at least 5-10 rounds with a CARRYOVER from each round …. and if no one hits an ace after 5-10 rounds then 100% of that money will go to charity directly.
This will take place near hole #1.

Most Accurate Discs will be on site with over 3,000 of the latest and greatest discs .

Refund policy
If you request a refund BEFORE 48 hours of tee off, then you are subject to a $10 Non-Refundable Admin Fee.
If you request it AFTER the 48 hour cutoff then you will receive a players pack in Lue of a refund.
Flint River Council Scouting America is responsible for all refunds.
