Hi Ladies,
For those of you who had to cancel last minute, we have a couple options for you regarding refunds.
Per PDGA competition manual, rules section 1.03 Withdrawls and Refunds.
E. Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in ...

Layout Update:
FPO/FA1 divisions will play longs for round 1 and shorts for round 2
All other divisions play shorts both rounds.

The registration deadline has been extended to Aug 5th @ 8pm.
And possible walkups if there are spots available. :)

Hole assignments are up :) it should flow nicely .
FA3.... I have you all starting on holes 8 and 9 which works well to drive up the road to the gate on top of the hill. let us know if you need assistance getting there. See you all in the morning.

Sadly, I’m not able to be at this event, but did see the awesome stamp design on fierces- if possible to make a donation to get the player discs, I would be interested!!

Can I be moved to FA1, I thought I clicked that option when I signed up. I can pay the extra 10 dollars on Saturday morning.

Hi Sylvia, Thanks for signing up! If you click on the registered players tab, you should see your name at the top. From there you can edit your registration.

Everyone will play Shorts both rounds.
I am open to having the Open and Advanced divisions play longs first round if there are enough players to establish a rating. I will check into the requirements.

I just signed up for FA1 and would like to play longs if possible. A quick google of the pdga site looks like 5 players are needed for propagating ratings? Current FPO and FA1 registration also conveniently puts us at 5. :) Did your check into the requirements confirm the same info?

Event page updated: Check in 8am-9am. Player’s meeting will be at 9:30, rounds will begin at 9:45/10am

I hate that I have to ask this but is there a minimum # of players required? Just want to make sure there's no chance it'll be canceled because I have a hotel booked. Thank you!

It will not be cancelled! :) Minimum of three players for a division to compete for a trophy. :)

Can you please verify if this is sanctioned? I don't see anything mentioning it being a C-Tier (for example)

All WGE events have to be sanctioned, so I am sure it is. It is almost certainly a C-tier. Last years was a C-tier.

I had to cancel Friday evening because my mom is in the hospital. I can't tell if I was refunded or not. If I haven't already been, please refund me the 25%. Thanks.
