DAY OF SCHEDULE:
Cards will remain the same all day! You will be assigned the same hole to start at each round!
Sign In (8:00AM to 8:45AM): As you drive in, please stop at the sign in table. This will be before you park in the lot. YOU WILL NOT GET OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE. You may practice putting at your assigned hole, but MUST adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines (ex. one person putt at a time and clear their discs from the basket).
Players Meeting (8:45AM): If you have any questions please refer to this memorandum. There will be no in person players meeting day of the event. If a question should arise please refer to the contact information at the bottom of this memorandum. This “players meeting” will also be posted on the Berks Disc Golf Club Facebook page (@berksdiscgolfclub).
Two Minutes! (approx 8:50AM): Listen for the yell. I will also blow a whistle twice. No more putting practice at this point.
Begin Round 1 (approx 8:52AM): Begin Round 1. Adhere to all PDGA rules and Covid-19 rules and guidelines.
Lunch (approx 12:00PM): Once you have completed your first you are on lunch! Please plan to be back at your assigned hole before the start of Round 2. Once the last card has submitted their scores via PDGA scoring app, I will post on the Facebook group (@berksdiscgolfclulb) the start time of Round 2, and also have it written on a whiteboard at the pavilion. Please avoid congregating during the lunch break.
Round 2(aprrox 1:00PM): Be at your assigned hole for the start of round two. I again will blow a whistle twice for two minutes, and once to begin play.

All amateurs receive a disc of choice valued under $20 as their players package. People selecting their players pack disc take priority over anyone just shopping. I have taken pictures of all my NEW discs and they are posted in facebook albums. If you would like to ahead of time select your disc then find the one you want and put the comment ‘claimed for Laurelain PP’ This must be done before noon Saturday. I will have a separate table set up just for this preselection.

The B.S. Bochantin Upshot store is also a swap store for any of your unwanted new and used discs. Swapping can be done between rounds and after the second round. The way the swap works is I value each disc then put a small post it note on that disc for two dollars less than the value I would sell it for. Then you can use that as a voucher for anything in my store. The most I will give for any one disc is ten dollars. For example, a typical used Innova champion plastic disc I sell for $6 so I give people $4 in swap credit.

I will also have prize vouchers from Hickory run for Christopher Keating, & Christopher Licini.

All,

As of right now this tourney is still being planned to be played on its date of July 12, 2020. Should we not be moved into the GREEN status by then, I will look into other options or the cancellation of the event. As of now though things are still a go.
