As in the About Section for the Event:
We will host a Random.org Drawing for those that Paid into the Ace Fund. Winner takes All. This Drawing will be hosted Via Live Stream on Facebook which also will be recorded and posted here with Name as well and List in the Comments Section after the Event.
Players will be Numbered by when they Registered. (ie. First Registered - #1, Second Registered - #2, and so on.)

I will do the Live Stream tonight at 7pm EST on the Shenango Valley Disc Golf Alliance Facebook Page which will then be uploaded to YouTube and posted here.

To help the Spread of the Field as well as to NOT have Cards playing Different Tee Layouts.

We will be Utilizing a Second Ghost Hole.

This doesn't mean we have added anymore Players. We are capped at 80.

What this will allow is more room for a few cards of 3 and not have player playing multiple tee layouts on cards.

As a Ghost Hole Card, You will wait for the first Card to Tee off at the Time. Wait for them to finish the short hole and then your card Tee's off. These are NOT additional Holes of Play. They are only Cards stalling for a bit before Tee Off.

Ghost Hole #1 (GH1)= Hole #7

Ghost Hole #2 (GH2) = Hole #19

You will play the Course in order from #1 - #19. There is no additional Holes of Play. I have assigned players that I know would understand the Ghost Holes and how to play them. If you have a question or are uncomfortable about being on a Ghost Hole. Please let me know.

I will be posting Starting Tee's shortly. Please be advised that these are not 100% until 8:45AM once Check In is Closed. With the weather predicted, you never know who might drop and last minute changes might be made. So please be aware.

Also I will have OB Lists for everyone at Check In. I am not providing Pencils for Score Cards so please make sure to bring your own.

Everyone MUST Check In for the 1st Round. 2nd Round you will only need to Check In if you are on the Top of the Card to get the Paper Score Card for Backup.

Hole #10 Basket is in B Pin.

Hole #3 Vet Basket for C Pin will be out there tomorrow for Practice. I will be on hand during Round #1 in the event of questions as well I will be your Spotter. As well for the Second Round on Hole #11 as we will be changing that basket.

Lines marked on the course are for Cross Country and not for Disc Golf.
Your Out Of Bounds are Paved Roads, Paved Walkway, or Lake Julia.

I have had some questions about my apparel and such and just wanted to clarify.

The only plastic I will have on hand is the Player Pack Discs, Trophy Discs, and a few Maynard Tee Pad Fundraiser Discs we have left over.

This is going to be an expedited event. Its going to be a soggy day and I am sure everyone wants to get home asap.

Thanks everyone for making this a record breaking event for us! I have ordered some additional TFR Discs for those that missed out on the Registration ones. We will be using these as a Fundraiser to help with our continued improvements to Buhl Park DGC. Also, we sill do have some Maynard Burst Glow Harps we are using for our Pines Tee Pad Project!

We will be expanding the Field to 80 Players as of Tonight! Utilizing a Ghost Card/Hole #7.

This will be a 19 Hole Event, utilizing the Par 3 #19 Putting Grove Hole as we have done at previous events.

In Registration you will find an option for a Disc. You must select the ONLY Option it gives you to get the TFR for the FIRST 20 AM Players. If you do not do this, someone else may snag it. So make sure to check it! Will be right under the Ace Fund Option.

Just to clarify because I did have a question about them.

The First 20 AM Player Registered will receive a Limited Edition TFR Dynamic Disc in exchange for the one in the Pack. This disc is not in Addition to but as an Exchange of the standard Player Pack Tournament Stamped Disc.

TFR Discs are Tournament Fundraiser Discs and are limited runs only available through Custom Stamping.
