An email has been sent to all registered players. An issue with my Gmail account caused it to most likely go to your spam folders.

I'll take the players pack, and split the difference on the balance so neither of us lose out 100%
Devon Zueger March 17, 2020 at 7:10am
Safe to say this is canceled?
Albert Gordon March 16, 2020 at 10:15pm
Hey Chuck man. If you were planning a refund then if its cool with you I'll just take the players pack instead. I'll get a cool disc and you won't lose a ton of money.

How do we go about getting a refund for this event since it's cancelled do to the Corona virus?
KJ McLean March 16, 2020 at 3:25pm
Any idea if this will be canceled due to the new 50 person limit on gatherings put out last night?
It looks very likely that it will be canceled. I hope to have a definitive answer later tonight. I will email all registered players when I know for sure.

Do we get to choose which manufacturer our player's disc is from?

When will we know if this is canceled?
For now I will be following these guidlines https://www.pdga.com/announcements/pdga-board-directors-statement-covid-19-pandemic-march-13-2020
This event is split between the two courses so it won't really come close to the gathering size limit of 250 people.
If there are any significant changes to the event I will be letting players know as soon as any changes are made.

Likely course layouts:
Lakewood - Only one or two baskets expected to change location between Rat City Rumble round 2 and this event
SeaTac - 1-5 in A Position, 27 possibly in new location
Chuck Mintz January 4, 2020 at 5:14am
Once the event reaches 80 or more players divisions will be split into two groups.
A Group will play SeaTac round 1 and Lakewood round 2.
B Group will play Lakewood round 1 and SeaTac round 2.
Schedule will be posted soon.
Is there a check in and players meeting at both venues, or do I need to be at one or the other? Sorry if stupid question, this is my first tournament.
It will be check in at whatever course you play your first round at
That is the general plan. I sent an email out to all registered players. It may have gone to your spam folder.
