Join us for a PDGA XC-Tier Doubles event at Highland Road Park in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Sunday, April 12, 2026. This event is all about bringing the community back to one of Baton Rouge’s original and most loved courses for a fun, competitive doubles showdown.

Highland Road Park is where many local players first learned the game, making this event a perfect opportunity to reconnect with your home course, team up with a partner, and enjoy a competitive but laid-back Sunday atmosphere.

Divisions will be available for all skill levels, and teams can expect a smooth, well-run event with the Lagniappe Disc Golf experience players have come to expect.

We will play Purple and Gold layouts depending on the division. Final layout details will be confirmed prior to the event.

Amateur Breakdown ($40 Total per player)
• $32 — Payouts
• $5 — BREC Park Fee
• $3 — PDGA Fee

Pro Breakdown ($50 Total per player)
• $42 — Professional Payouts
• $5 — BREC Park Fee
• $3 — PDGA Fee

For this event, we are focusing entirely on strong payouts rather than a player pack, allowing teams to compete for a larger purse while keeping entry affordable.

TROPHIES

Lagniappe Disc Golf always tries to give players a little something extra, and trophies are no exception. Trophies are awarded in both Amateur and Professional divisions.

For transparency, here are the PDGA minimum trophy recommendations by division size:

PDGA Trophy Guidelines:
• 1 player — No trophy required
• 2–4 players — 1st place trophy
• 5–12 players — 1st & 2nd place trophies
• 13+ players — 1st through 3rd place trophies

However, Lagniappe Disc Golf goes a step further to make sure divisions are recognized even when fields are smaller.

Lagniappe Trophy Breakdown by Division Size:

• 5–9 players: 1st & 2nd place trophies
• 10+ players: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place trophies
