PLEASE NOTE: Until you receive my final pre-tournament email tee times could change slightly. The times currently present are a close approximation of when you will tee off. Please check your tee times before arriving to the park regardless. Players dropping or not showing up can impact the times, and I can't predict who is going to sleep in ;)

It's going to be a scorcher out there today. Make sure you come prepared for serious heat. If you have a Buff bring it so you can cover your neck. PLEASE ENSURE you have a decent supply of water with you. We will have a water station at the Hut so you can pick some additional water up when your traversing hole 1/13/18.

COURSE LAYOUT
The course is currently in the event layout. Course Tournament marking will take place no later than Thursday evening.
Aug 15 - Short Rib Layout - now with 100% SHORT TEE PADS, that's right 100%
MA2, FA2, MA4, FA4, MJ15 - All play from the short tee pads.
Aug 16 - Royal Hog - LONG TEE PADS
MPO, MP40, MP50, MA1, MA40, MA50 - All play from the Long Tee pads

Emails have gone out to the Amateur Pool playing on Saturday.
The PDGA event page for your day will be updated every morning. Some of you are making adjustments to your divisions and not seeing the changes on the PDGA event page. Because we are running two different days with two different pools the DGScene PDGA link is disabled.
I upload the revised list at around 8:00 am each day if I receive notifications of changes the day/night before.

Hi Lobo,
I was wondering if I could change divisions?
This is my first tournament. I just wanted to give it a try and think that novice might be best for me.
Is this possible?

You should be able to change divisions yourself right now. Review your registration confirmation for directions on how to edit your registration. If you run into any trouble let me know. I'll keep a close eye on things.

Saturday's Amateur portion of the event has a tinch of space left. These player spots are first come first served.
SIXTEEN SLOTS AS OF.... 1:22 AM SUNDAY MORNING
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON WEDNESAY, AUGUST 12 - 8:00 AM
We've got player space for the following divisions:
MA2 - Mixed Intermediate
FA2 - Women's Only Intermediate
MA4 - Mixed Novice
FA4 - Women's Only Novice
If we see those 16 spaces fill we will close registration immediately. We will not have a waitlist.

Registered Players will receive communications from Lobo this weekend
- Email one will go to the entire group and cover general information for the event.
- Email two will go to your respective event day player pools with pertinent information pertaining to your specific event day.
Any player drops will not be replaced with waitlist players, as we aren't accommodating a waitlist.

We'll be reaching out to registrants who are in divisions with less than 2 other players in their divisions today. We will provide these players with the option to move into an alternative division or the choice of a full refund.
In the event, the player is currently in a points race in a Wild Rose Series division we will allow them to stay in the division of their choice. They will be placed with players from a suitable division so they have a group to play with.

The course is currently in mostly A-positions, the short tee boxes we will be using and the complete layout will be available on August 8.
RED Distances are for our Amateur competitors playing on Saturday.
BLUE Distances are for our Pro and Advanced Amateur divisions competing on Sunday.
