Brian Bochantin Dec 15 Bo, correct. A relief area is an area which you can't take your lie. It plays as an OB with no penalty.

Bryan Walsh The tournament description says that there is no player's pack, but we are given the option to accept or reject one on the registration form. Was this intentional? Nov 8
