This format Best shot/Worst shot alternating will be played as so. Hole one will be played as best shot meaning you will play the best shot off the tee and then normal after that. Then the following hole will be played as worst shot meaning you will play the toughest or worst drive for that hole and then normal play after that.

So all odd numbered holes will be played as best shot and then all the even number holes will be played as the worst shot.

When you say "Hole one will be played as best shot meaning you will play the best shot off the tee and then normal after that", do both players play their own shot until they are in the basket? What does the team take for the score on the hole?

Could you please elaborate on "alternating Best shot/ Worst shot format." Is this a wacky style of scramble? Does this mean sket #1, better drive is used, then sket #2, badder drive is used, etc.?
