We will be using PDGA live scoring, but make sure you have a backup either in the form of a paper card or UDisc
OBs and layouts will be coming out in an email. Rampart will have a couple of lines drawn to separate fairways. CW will have ropes on the ground. Nav is setting up CW and it will have new Veterans baskets. The Frizzen crew w/Jose Rosa (the assistant TD) is setting up Aviary. Curtis Paul is setting up widefield. Andy set up Rampart. With multiple people setting up the layouts for the courses, it is taking a little while to get that info to you.

Curtis will be at one course, Josh at the other as TDs if there are any questions.

We have 90 shirts, so if you signed up late we may not have enough, but you will receive a second disc. These will be handed out when you check-in before the first round, at lunch, or at the players’ party on Saturday night.
Players Party sponsored by Kwik Way Discs @ the Overtime Sports Bar and Grill (2809 Dublin Blvd. next to Kwik Way). We will start on Saturday after the rounds are done, so come by whenever. Dinner will be provided, but drinks will be extra. Putting games and a raffle will be at the players’ party. The raffle will include a basket, discs, and other great prizes. You must present to receive your prize. Tickets will be available throughout the day.
Sunday post rounds award ceremony @ Aviary’s hole 5 parking lot. 1st place for each division will receive a trophy. We will also dub the King and Queen of the Springs to whoever has the lowest total scores regardless of divisions. Wardens of each course will be named to the person who had the hot round at that course.
Thanks to everyone who will be playing. We are so excited that this event sold out and we hope to be able to give back to the amazing Colorado Springs disc golf community.

Please correct any mistakes! I tried my best to be as accurate as possible, but I am not involved in planning this event.
Thanks to Curtis and everyone involved with getting this tournament set up. I'm really excited to play a big event at all the courses in town. As someone just playing this event, I personally don't understand the choice to record a podcast for a players' meeting instead of just typing it out. I love the fact that ever since COVID players' meetings have become emails. This cuts down on miscommunications and gives the players the ability to double-check information instead of just hoping everyone can remember all the details. Plus it's a way more efficient use of time. This is just my feedback, I'm not trying to cause any issues.
P.S. Any ETA on that layout/OB email? How are we supposed to practice 4 courses with only 1 da of prep time?
