All Amateurs can pick up their player pack discs in the parking lot from 8:00am to 8:30am.

There will be a player meeting before round one at 8:35am to answer any questions. Round one will start at 9:00am sharp. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.

Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. All players/teams are responsible for keeping score. The web address for digital scoring is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!

On or across any fence line, road, or parking lot is OB. There is a Mando (left) on Hole 12. If you miss the Mando, throw from the drop zone with an additional penalty stroke.

We will have side games of a CTP contest on holes 1 & 15, and a Long Putt contest on hole 17 each round. The flags will be left by the tee pad for the first group that plays that hole to set out each round. There is $150 in the optional Ace Pool. If nobody hits it, we will have a CTP throw off for it after the second round.

There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1.

All cash payouts including Ace Pool will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Let me know if you have any questions.
