Thank you for choosing to participate in the 2021 WYOPEN. We are excited to have you in attendance for the first time this annual tournament will be performed at a B-Tier level event. Registration opens on 03/05/2021 at 8:00pm.
Friday August 13th- Doubles match at Drycreek in tournament layout starts at 5:30 pm and check in at 5:00 pm.
SATURDAY AUGUST 14TH. 7:00 TO 7:45 AM WILL BE CHECK IN. A-POOL WILL BE STARTING AT ROMERO FOR ROUND 1. B- POOL WILL START AT DRYCREEK FOR ROUND ONE. 7:45 TO 8:00AM WILL BE THE PLAYER MEETING. 8:30AM WILL BE TEE OFF TIME. WE ARE SHOOTING TO HAVE AN HOUR LUNCH AT NOON ( WHEN LAST GROUP FINISHES. ROUND 2 ALL A POOL WILL BE PLAYING AT DRYCREEK AND ALL B POOL WILL BE AT ROMERO. WE ARE SHOOTING FOR A 2:00 TEE TIME FOR ROUND 2. AFTER ROUND TWO IS FINISHED WE WILL BE HOLDING THE WYOPEN 2021 BLOCK PARTY AT FREEDOMS EDGE BREWERY LOCATED AT 1509 PIONEER AVE. WE WILL BE DOING RAFFLES, RING OF FIRE MATCHES, WITH PLENTY OF PRIZES TO WIN. DOUBLE DUBS WINGS FOOD TRUCK WILL BE THERE ALONG WITH A DJ. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL THERE.
* SUNDAY AUGUST 15TH- ROUND 3/ LITTLE AMERICA WILL START AT 7:00AM AT 10 MINUTE INTERVALS. WE WILL BE HAVING A DJ SET UP BY HOLE 1 FOR TEE OFF SONGS. WE ARE SHOOTING FOR 5:00PM TO HAVE REWARDS CEREMONY.
Summary of events:
There will be a doubles round the Friday evening 08/13 at 5pm -course is to be determined- and will be in tournament layout. Following on Saturday 08/14 will be split courses, shotgun start, A-pool and B-pool. Saturday evening at 5pm, Freedom's Edge Brewery is hosting the WYOPEN Block Party. Everyone is invited, and this will last until approximately 11pm. There will be disc-golf themed games, prizes, music, great food and adult beverages. Sunday morning 08/15 the final round will be hosted at Little America Hotel and Resort, the first tee time will be at 7am. Rewards Ceremony follows directly afterwards at Little America. There will be a 16 dollar green fee for the rental of Little America for the day that'll be included into to pass over fee including the 3 dollar post player fee.
We want to extend a sincere thank you for your patronage and support of this event. Participants, sponsors, and volunteers are what makes this event a great success. See you out there, and have a wonderful time! Players packs, and prizes are to be determined. Additional added cash to pro payout to be determined.
