I’m thinking of registering for the tourney. I don’t see an MA1 pool of players registered but there is an option to register for MA1. Is there an explanation for that? Thanks in advance for the info.

There is no explanation except a couple ADV players have signed up in pro due to lack of ADV competition

Will we be observing normal "winter rules" for the course? IE: Road is treated as OB, but no penalty stroke enforced.

We will not be playing "winter rules" (there is no easy way to run winter rules for a pdga event.) Unfortunately it is much more confusing trying to adjust the pdga rules to allow our usual "winter rules". We will play "normal rules" to prevent confusion.
