2022 Club Championship presented by the Kanza Disc Golf Club. PLEASE READ.
October 22nd
Round 1: 9am-11:30ish at Kanza Park
Lunch: 11:30am at Forest Park
Round 2: 1pm-3:30ish at Forest Park
Board Meeting w/ Elections: 3:30pm
Lunch main course will be free and includes BBQ pulled pork and smoked Mac & Cheese. Please bring your own drinks and sides. To order the correct amount of food I am asking that you dm any board member or comment here so I can tally the amount. I do not want to over spend if we do not have to. We all worked really hard on raising this money for projects.
This event requires that you are a KDGC Member of this year. We will be giving away a ton of prizes as well as a free membership for next year. Right now there is still time to be a member.
KDGC Tags 1-10 need to be accounted for and turned in for the championship. This is the one event we truly do play competitive for tags so I want at least the top ten tags available. If you have one and can’t make it please get with me so I can have it. If you know who has one of the top 10 please let them know this. I will pay to have it shipped if needed. Please let me know if you have one if these tags so I don’t have to track them down last minute.
After the last round we will have our final board meeting for this years board. I would like EVERYONE to be there. Even if you can’t make it to the tournament rounds. This meeting is for elections on the new board, membership items for next year, new bylaw changes, and so much more. We have plans this winter for some stuff that will be discussed then as well.
I want to say thank you for everybody’s support this year of local disc golf. We have done so much and I am preparing a end of the year report for everything we have accomplished.
