Kaposia Schedule (Most Players): Please check in outside the pavilion near the flagpole 10-15 minutes before your tee time. Players meeting will take place at that location 10 minutes before your tee time. 
Please allow extra time if arriving from Hwy 494 eastbound. The ramp to Hwy 52 northbound is closed and detoured.

First Calvary Baptist Schedule (Age protected ams/juniors and FA4):
9:00-9:30 am - Check In Near the Garage
9:30-9:40 am - Players Meeting
9:40-10:00 - Flight Out
10:00am - Shotgun Start (approximate)

PDGA scoring will be used as our official scoring method. All players will need to log in to http://www.pdga.com/score to run the digital scorecard. The access code is “kpleagues”. PDGA Live scoring will help prevent any scoring errors and will alert you if there is a discrepancy between scorecards. Reminder, there are penalty strokes issued if your score is mis-reported, and PDGA scoring can flag/prevent these errors.  All divisions will be playing 1 round of 30+ holes at Kaposia or 22 holes at First Calvary Baptist. If you want to play a different layout than you are signed up for, you may edit your registration to change your division. All color divisions will be merch payouts. Please talk to me before the round if you would like to change divisions and are not able to log into DGScene to update, or if you have questions about which division to sign up for to play your desired layout.

Relief Areas at Kaposia: (FCB players please skip ahead to “All Players” section)Any Pond/Swamp/Stream plays as a Relief Area (PDGA 806.04). OB rules apply, no penalty stroke. Any puddles are played as casual OB.
There is one island hole. The area outside the marked island on hole 4 (Bromley Island) also plays as a Relief Area.Any throw from the Tee must come to rest on the Island Green to be able to mark on the Island Green. Throws from the Tee that don’t come to rest on the Island Green must proceed to the Drop Zone. There is no penalty throw for landing in the Relief Area. All other throws use normal Relief Area rules (806.04). (PDGA waiver approved)

There is one “teleporter” hole. The area inside the marked area on TelePoplar also plays as a Relief Area with an optional drop zone.Players who land completely in the relief area (teleporter) must either proceed to the drop zone near the basket (recommended), mark lie up to one meter away from the point where the disc was last in-bounds (don’t do this), or re-throw from previous lie (don’t do this).There is no penalty stroke for landing in the relief area, but players may not play from within the relief area. Disc must be entirely within the relief area (teleporter) to proceed to the drop zone (teleport).

Here is the relevant PDGA rule:PDGA 806.04 Relief Areahttps://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/80604A relief area is an area designated by the Director from which a disc may not be played. A relief area is considered and played as an out-of-bounds area, but no penalty throw is applied.

All Players:If there is a disagreement on your card related to the correct lie to play, or any other rules, and I am not available for clarification, please play a provisional shot and we can resolve the disagreement after the round. Do not submit the PDGA digital scorecard until you have spoken with me and determined the correct outcome. Please see “Provisional Throw”https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf/80902 Caddies and spectators are allowed, but I want to remind everyone that they must follow all PDGA rules. Everyone should also review and understand what qualifies as “Player Misconduct”https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/303

There are no player packs or trophies. At Kaposia, all ties will be split. There will not be a playoff in the event of a tie for first place. At First Calvary Baptist, if you are tied for first in your division, there will be a playoff after the last card finishes. If you are not present for the playoff you will forfeit the playoff. There is $3 removed from each entry fee for the PDGA and $5 removed for Kaposia players for course fees. The remaining entry fee will be applied to the payout pools. 

Payouts will be Venmo for pro divisions. If you want your payouts sent via PayPal, please let me know before the round. Venmo will be sent to the phone number you provided during registration.Payouts will be merchandise credit to Gray Duck Disc Golf for all amateur divisions. Credits will be applied to the phone number you provided during registration.Please be sure to spend your Gray Duck points within 12 months
