Eric what is the format? Best shot or alternate shot? Are we playing one round or two? How much snow did you get up there anyways?

Roger- Just to let you know tommorow is suppose to be clear and the storm is supposed to end today!! I don't know if that changes your mind at all but just wanted to let you know. The forecast for Sunday is looking nice too. I little chilly with highs in the low 20's but partly sunny:) Anyway sorry if you can't make it. Your going to miss out on a chance to win alot of great prizes and alot of fun. Well hopefully you can make it next year if not this year. Take Care

Hey Eric, I am bailing out of Sundays tournament due to the sudden change in weather. I simply do not want to be driving up to the North during a storm. Thank-you anyways. Roger B.

Roger- Thats cool! I will put your name on the list too. Just to let you know it doesn't matter what division you play because it is random draw doubles. We randomly peices of paper with a number and letter and this will decide who your partner is. I love hanson hills too!! Great course. I have never played pine knoll before but i hear that its nice. I only have played the big course. The course should be great for you friday and saturday. I was just outthere. We worked on salting and clear ... more

Eric, I am planning on attending your Sunday tournament. I am a AM3 or Senior Grandmaster (61) I hope to be up in the area to practice on friday and saturday. I have not been to your course but am looking forward to it. Looks like I will get to play Hanson Hills too-I have played there a few times-love it. I also love to cross-country ski but to my knowledge there isn't much snow???

Well i know there will be atleast one Senior Grandmaster. There is no registration cause i didn't do online registration for this event. Although i have roughly between 70-80 players right now. I just listed all the divisions because everyone is welcome. We don't turn anyone away. If you are interested in playing you are more than welcome. I just need to know so i can put your name on the list.

You have a lot of divisions listed. What are the chances of Sr. Grandmasters having contestants? Also, Why no regristrations yet? This looks like a good cause and a fun tournament. Roger

Its depends on the year!! Right now we have no snow on the ground at all but that doesn't mean much for Northern Michigan!! We could have atleast 2 feet of snow on the ground by January 15th. We do pack down the fairways with our snowmobiles and keep all the pads super clean all winter. If you get off the fairway they might be hard to find if you don't ribbons taped to your discs!

How bad does the snow get for this tourny? Is there any clearing of the snow or is it a throw and hope to find it kinda thing?
