I will be finalizing layouts tomorrow morning. Generally for the 12 and older divisions they will play close to the existing, full layout at this course (maybe a slightly shorter tee on a couple of the longer holes). The younger groups will have the majority of the modifications and I will post hole distances at the very least on the HDG Young Guns FB page. There will be two temp holes due to two holes being cut off for a city project and I will post those as well.

PDGA RULE 3.05.B “A caddie is a person who carries a player's equipment or provides other assistance during the round. Players may designate one caddie at a time during their round. A caddie must be at least 13 years of age and must comply with the same Official Rules of Disc Golf and Competition Manual their player must follow, including the dress code, although a caddie need not be a PDGA member nor Certified Official.”

Thanks Stewart. As for when, Round 1 hole assignments will be up Friday Dec. 15 in the evening (possibly sooner in the day if the event fills). These will be posted on the PDGA page and we will post the links for easy access of the FB groups listed in the About section.
