About this tournament
This is a FREE 2-Day PDGA Junior Tournament
(18 and under)
We would like to acknowledge that the McArthur Island Disc Golf Course is located on the unceded ancestral territory of the Tkemlúpsemc or “people of the confluence,” where the North and South Thompson rivers connect and we are grateful to be be able to enjoy a weekend of play on these lands.
Friends, Stephen Porcaro and Brandon Belanger from Vernon have been fundraising for several years via unsanctioned, local events and using the funds to pay for local juniors to attend PDGA tournaments around BC. This year, they decided to do things a little differently! They wanted to be able to give ALL juniors an opportunity to play in a PDGA event, at no cost!
So, the idea of the Junior Fall Classic was born!
This will be a weekend of fun, skills, competition and memories! From clinics to glow rounds to skills competitions, the juniors are going to have 2 full days to enjoy FOR FREE!
We hope you will join us! If you don't have a junior playing disc golf, consider coming out and volunteering!
See you there!
