The North Okanagan Disc Golf Association's mission is to grow the sport of disc golf in Vernon and the North Okanagan region. To support this mission, the VDGA will:

-Advocate for and host inclusive and competitive events, including tournaments and leagues, in the North Okanagan

-Advocate and fundraise for the growth of junior access to and participation in disc golf in the North Okanagan

-Advocate and fundraise for the development of new and existing public disc golf courses and facilities in the North Okanagan

-Advocate for and contribute to the upkeep and growth of existing public disc golf courses and facilities in the North Okanagan
