How/When do we find out if we get bumped in from the waitlist?
Eden Harvey October 11, 2017 at 1:00am
If a spot opens up in another division will that spot be given to a division that has a waitlist?
Unfortunately no. If there were a significant amount of empty spots then I could move them to a different division but that is not the case.

Hi Cody, my son Caden Myrick and I are playing, but my son Colton Myrick has a soccer game he can’t miss, so can he get a refund and let someone take his spot? Thanks!
Dominick Gula October 4, 2017 at 5:36pm
Hey Cody I need to give up my spot and get a refund please. Let me know when it is done please and thank you
Kevin Todd October 4, 2017 at 4:37am
Cody will you give my spot away and refund my registration fee? I would email you directly with this request but you don't have any contact info in the tournament details.
Thanks

If I pay registration and get on the waitlist, and no spots open up, will I be refunded?
Eden Harvey September 16, 2017 at 9:36pm
Are there going to be any alternate pin positions/new holes? Is there a map I can find somewhere?
Most of the layout is going to be the traditional Jolley's Ranch course (usually A/B teepads as well as permanent alternate pin positions. We will also have 3 additional holes. I will post a map within a week or two of the tournament.

So if I sign up for Open can I still play Masters? I've never played Open will this affect my PDGA standing. Considering I place.
You can sign up as mens open but you will have to play in that division. You can also sign up for the wait list for Masters Open to see if anyone drops. If there are people on the wait list a few days before the tournament and there are still spots open in other divisions then I will do my best to s ... more

When will the waitlist spots be awarded?
My mistake. I assumed that if spots were to be unfilled (regardless of division) that those spots would be given to those on the waitlist (similar to how they did it at River Park Open).
Sorry, my original comment was not worded right. Basically I just wanted to know that if spots remain unfilled will it benefit any on the waitlist?
I signed up for the waitlist assuming empty spots would be awarded to people on the waitlist if all spots didn't fill regardless of division. Is that not how smaller tourneys are usually filled? How do I get a refund if I don't get in? And when?

I just signed my 16 year old twins and I up for advanced. I usually play advanced masters but you don't have that division? Also, my sons would play intermediate normally, but it's full, so is it ok if they play advanced?
Yes that is okay. We decided not to do advanced masters but you are welcome to play in open masters or advanced.
Dominick Gula August 15, 2017 at 2:40pm
Can I please be changed to advanced.
