Elizabeth Robinson Was going to ask the same question. Best throw, worst throw, alternate throw, or best score? I've quickly read the PDGA rules in Appendix B (doubles).

It sounds like the pins are in the short positions (Facebook post). If multiple pads, which divisions throw from which?
