Was I correct In paying the full amount for just the wait list ? I knew I was signing up late and that there was a waitlist but I’ve never had to pay the full amount until after I was bumped into the tournament, if we don’t get bumped into the tournament I’m assuming I’ll be refunded my full 60 dollars?

usually, yea. minus the registration fees. So if you paid like $65 to sign up and then $2.99 or whatever for fees, you'll only get the $65 back.

Will there be any OB? I believe the tee signs do not have any OB listed, but not sure if the tournament will play different. How will the creek/stream play? Casual?
