Good morning and sorry that correspondence has been lacking, it's been busy at my work and so I haven't had time to dedicate to my 2nd job. My apologies again.
Starting holes are posted for the morning round, you can find them here :
https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/91843
If you are not able to make it, please let me know ASAP so I can adjust cards.
Check in will be at tourney central near hole 5s tee and the parking lot.
Morning round check in is from 8 to 830, and then round 1 start at 8:45.
Awards after the round.
Afternoon flexers, come see me 10 minutes before your scheduled tee time and I will go over last minute things and get you started up.
Both rounds are sanctioned PDGA events, so please adhere to the PDGA Rules and Competition Manual. They can be found here:
https://www.pdga.com/book/export/html/8371
Main ones to call out are to mark your lies, make sure you complete the hole properly, no music unless you are using headphones, and no smoking, vaping or drinking during the round.
If you have visitors or spectators with you, they need to follow all rules as if they are playing. If they are causing distractions, then courtesy warnings may be issued against the player. It's very important that everyone has the proper conditions in which to compete.
Course rules will be uploaded to the PDGA Scoring App.
Standard Aviary Rules apply with the exception of hole 11.
Creek and beyond always OB except hole 1.
Sidewalk and beyond always OB
Any fencelines and beyond are OB. This is impound lot and business to the north / east of the Aviary.
Hole 1 - In the creek is OB, on the bridge is OB. Under the bridge is safe. Sidewalk and beyond is OB. There will be a drop zone on the sidewalk marked by flags. If you go in the creek, then either play where last inbounds or go to drop zone with one stroke penalty.
If you want to skip throwing over the water, you can elect to go directly to the drop zone with a 2 stroke penalty. If you choose to start at the drop zone, your first shot will be for 3. Let me know if that isn't clear.

Hole 2 - Sidewalk and beyond OB, Creek and beyond OB
Hole 3 - Impound lot and beyond OB, sidewalk and beyond OB.
Hole 4 - Impound lot and beyond, creek and beyond
Hole 5 - Let 17 tee off first then 5 tees off and both groups go to lie. Creek and beyond, fence line on top of the hill and beyond all OB
Hole 6 - Creek and beyond OB
Hole 7 - Creek and beyond OB
Hole 8 - No OB unless you're a genius and throw your disc backwards into the creek. That is OB. And dumb.
Hole 9 - Creek and beyond OB, no mando in effect.
Hole 10 - Tee off first, creek and beyond OB
Hole 11 - Let Hole 10 tee off first, then you tee. Double mando through the two marked trees, if you miss them, play from the previous lie with one stroke penalty. If its your drive, then retee.

Standard hole 11 mando left is in play. If you miss this mando, you will proceed to the drop zone with a one stroke penalty. Flag and string line is not in play as an OB line.
Hole 12 - Creek and beyond OB
Hole 13 - Tee off first, fenceline left and beyond OB. Flag and string line is not in play as an OB line. Be sure to watch everyone's drives because overgrowth is a problem.
Hole 14 - Let hole 13 tee off first, then you tee. Mando left of marked tree, missed mandos play from previous lie with one stroke penalty. Flag and string line is not in play as an OB line.
Hole 15 - Fenceline left and beyond OB
Hole 16 - Fenceline left and beyond OB, no mando in play
Hole 17 - Tee off first. Fenceline left and beyond OB, creek right and beyond
Hole 18 - Creek and beyond right, fenceline left and beyond OB
