Stop 1 will have a players pack of a jersey for the AMs. These will be ordered after the 3rd stop and available for the players to pick up either the 5th or 6th stop. If you are playing in the first stop and are unable to attend any of the other series events, I will mail your jersey to you at no additional cost.

For the rest of the stops, there will be no players pack or payouts, and will issue out trophy only.

My idea here is to just have pass through fees so you are paying the bare minimum for an event. There is no need to give people clutter they dont want or have me buy things I cant get rid of. Let's reduce our waste in disc golf!

First off, thanks for signing up to the J719 Series. it is much appreciated and I am looking forward to another fun year of events. I know this email is a bit wordy but I would appreciate you reading it over and asking any questions that you have.

1st, Players Jerseys. These will be ordered after the 3rd stop, which is scheduled on May 11th. It is my hope that we get them in before the 4th stop but more realistically it will be the 5th stop. But I did not want any one to be disappointed that they did not get a jersey at stop 1. You will get your jersey and they will be spectacular.

The OG jersey (Black / Pink / Yellow) is what everyone was supposed to get but because you all seem cool, if you wanted to get the Black Grey White one instead, let me know now or forever hold your peace. Photos of the jerseys are in the photos part of the event.

Next up, Rolling Ace Pot and the fine print.

If you buy into the ace pot, you are buying in just for that one round only. If you do not get an ace during that stop, you will need to buy in again at the next stop. This includes if the ace pot rolls over from one stop to another.

In the off chance that an ace is never hit during the series, I will go through the individual stops and randomly draw a name from that stop to get that stops ace pot.

So, as an example, stop 1 has $130 in the pot. I would take the 26 names of people that bought in from Stop 1, and do a random draw. That person would get the $130. I would do that again for the rest of the stops until all the money is handed out.

I think those are the two big points to review, but again, if any questions, feel free to send them my way and I will answer as best I can.
