Thank you all for signing up for the $6 Flex at Cumberland, I am super excited to have out and am looking forward to seeing you all!
I will be set up by the playground near hole 1, please come see me at least 10 minutes before your tee time to go over some last minute details.
We are playing standard Cumberland rules, so none of the funny stuff some of you all played on Saturday.
Cumberland rules are street and beyond is OB, fences and beyond are OB, and if you can't find your disc after 3 minutes, you go back to the previous spot you played and throw again with a stroke penalty. There is no 2 meter rule so if it gets stuck in a tree, you are okay.
You may take casual relief from any cactii or other prickly plants.
The water that is near hole 4s basket is playing as casual water.
If you land in the water, you may play behind it in the line of play at the first available dry spot. However, if you can't find your disc, it is considered a lost disc penalty and you will go back to the previous lie with a one stroke penalty.
Once you are done with your round, make sure your scores are good to go and then you can head out. There are no playoffs or award ceremonies.
If your tee time has less than 3 people, you may want to adjust your time to one with more people. Otherwise, we will have to wait until someone comes around to fill the card.
Lastly, I am going out with the last card of the day, and so if you are playing the noon or later tee times, I may only be able to be reached via phone. Don't hesitate to call or text.
