FYI this coincides with BYU-I's graduation and will likely extremely lower the number of registrants. If you moved it a week earlier you'd likely have far more players register, including myself.

That wouldn't solve the issue, there will be graduation ceremonies all day for those graduating, and most other students will have already left town for the summer break by then as well.
