Metal hits (basket and above only; no points for hitting the base or the pole) 1 point

WHAT DIVISION YOU SHOULD SIGN UP FOR:
Advanced - Approximately 900 team average or higher Rated
Recreational - Approximately 900 team average or lower Rated
Parent/Child - Father/Son, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, or Mother/Daughter
Women - Any two Women
Mixed - One Woman, one Man
Check in NO LATER THAN 9:45 PM to ensure a smooth start to this event.Clinic starts at 9:00 PM so please check in prior to 8:45 PM if you are signed up for the clinic.
Clinic cost is $15 or $30 if you also purchase a disc from Ezra. Those options are available on registration.
We will have live music.
Multiple disc golf vendors will be on site so you can load up for the 2022 season.
If you're interested in an event stamped Discraft Discs, long sleeve t shirt, or hoodie please check if your size is available during your online registration. These items will be $2 more the day of the event so guarantee yourself one (or one of each) by pre-ordering during registration. We cannot guarantee we will have extras at the event. Refund policy
The Disc Golf Experience is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. In the event you request a refund please be aware that only the actual ENTRY FEE will be refunded (the transaction fees are non-refundable). Hole and Ring of Fire Sponsorships are also non-refundable no matter when you would request a refund because we make event decisions months in advance based upon those sponsorships.
100% of your ENTRY FEE AND ANY ADD-ONS through December 24th.
After December 24th any additional items that you purchased during registration will not be refunded but you can 1) Have a friend at the event pick them up, 2) pick those items up at The Disc Barn after the event, 3) or pay to have them shipped to you.
100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY will be refunded if you withdraw between December 24th and January 7th.
100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY (Inside 7 days prior) will be refunded IF AND ONLY IF you 1) call the tournament director (Mike Harrington @ 262 894 3404) AND 2) we are able to fill your spot with another person. If we do not fill your spot we will still offer you theplayer package.
No Refund will be offered if you withdraw inside of 48 hours before the event.
If you are on the wait-list you need to give me your deadline for making arrangements to attend when you sign up, for instance if you need 2 hours notice or 1 days notice (to make travel plans) you need to let me know. This event usually sells out so we need to fill every spot if at all possible. That might mean people needing to be here the day of the event to see if they have a spot secured. Anyone moving from the wai-tlist will operate under he same rules above, anyone left on the wait-list and no spot secured will receive 100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY)
