Be prepared, we've had a lot of rain and part of the course are swampy/marshy. Bring extra socks.
We will also have a food truck tomorrow. BBQ plates for $10.

If you need a tournament official for anything, one of these people will be on the course playing and can help. Our suggestion is to throw a provisional and come back to tournament central to discuss any concerns. Tournament staff may not make a ruling for a division they are playing in, so we will be triaging any calls after rounds.

I assume we are good for caddies? My wife is going to caddie for me, so hopefully I can make it through 2 rounds without dying. LOL

Caddies are fine. We ask that they also wear a mask if approaching tournament central and that they help us with spacing on the course. We of course understand that you and your wife will be in close proximity when you leave the course, so feel free to huddle under the same umbrella from the sun.

In case people didn't see the email, we are asking that:
- people wear a mask at registration (regardless of vaccination status)
- stay spread out when waiting at registration or at a hole
Also, if you receive a positive COVID test this week, send that to use for a full refund. If you don't feel well on Saturday, please stay home and get a test as well. Any positive tests on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday will also receive a full refund.

Brent - after review it seems that I should not play in August - I do not deal with heat like I did when I was younger - and to avoid my card from having to throw disc - drag John - throw -.... you get the picture - will definitely see you guys in October - I submitted withdrawal info

As the registrations come in, you may notice pool caps that will add up to less than 90 in total. This is to ensure we don't overfill a pool but also have the right number of people for cards. We will be adjusting those pool numbers in increments of five over time, so you may see a moment where the waitlist is available but the tournament isn't close to full, in those cases it should be really quick.
