REFUND POLICY
Visual Eclipse Productions LLC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

100% of your ENTRY FEE AND ANY ADD-ONS through December 30th.

Any additional items that you purchased during registration will not be refunded but you can pick those items up at The Event or pay to have them shipped to you.

100% of your ENTRY FEE ONLY will be refunded if you withdraw prior to 7 days in advance. We will refund only if we are able to fill your spot with another person. If we do not fill your spot we will still offer you the player package. (This means the tournament must be full.)

No Refund will be offered if you withdraw inside of 48 hours of the event start.
This is an Indoor event, it goes on if there is a snowstorm or not. Please plan your travel or hotel ahead of time. NO REFUNDS DUE TO BAD WEATHER

We have a designated spectator space in the stands. It’s $10 but spectators cannot walk the facility as there are too many areas that are being used that create liability. So if you’re interested in spectating we can direct you to where you can sit in the stands.
