The AM player packs are actually going to going to be a 24oz tumbler with HCO 2023 written on them along with the course names. They will come in Three different colors, Red, Green, or Navy. Along with the tumblers we will have hot cocoa that you can fill them up with. We thought this may be nice with the chilly weather. I have not yet made the announcement but we will no longer have a cut for the final day. With not having too many players sign up we would rather have all the current players enjoy the Evergreen Course.

Personally, adding Sunday knocked me out as that is my daughter’s birthday. A buddy told me he wasn’t signing up because he doesn’t have a PDGA membership - there are probably similar people in that boat. But yeah - I noticed as well registrations were much lower than normal.

I believe there are a good mix of things with the low numbers, first the addition of a second day is part of it. I may try to do a Friday start next year with it being a flex start for fridays round likely at Markle. Then do two on Saturday. With this Tournament being a B-tier that also makes it so you have to be a PDGA member to sign up whereas C tiers and below they just have to pay a fee. I know we are getting later into the year so less people are playing as well with weather changing. Also there are two other tourneys in the area one in Fort Wayne and one in Goshen going on the same weekend. A lot of people have family events going on that I’ve talked to. A good mix of all these things has seemed to add up.

I installed a new pad on hole 6 & we’re putting another in on 15 today. We have 3 Teepads which will be moved to the three river holes. I’m going to be working on as many other Teepads as I can before tournament day. I will try to prioritize the ones that feel like they need help with footing first. I know that several of the lines that felt like they were not there have been cleared up some as well.

As of right now everyone will start at Markle then Go to Memorial. Then tee times Sunday at Evergreen. If we get a lot of people signed up then B pool would start at Memorial, then Markle, & then Evergreen tee times.

We will be trying to start Hopefully as late in the day as possible. The more Spotters we can get will be very helpful to keep things moving. We are hopeful to start Tee-times Sunday anywhere between 12:00 and 1:30pm. We’ll know more as things get closer to starting date.

ok. If that's the case, there's a much stronger possibility I can play. Will Evergreen have tee pads before the tournament? I've never played there, but Udisc reviews mention the course is in pretty rough shape still.
