Was looking to add a lunch but PaPal is asking for $19.35 for an $11 lunch. Anyone know why?

Double checking if I sign up on the waitlist will I get my money back? Will they be open to more numbers and let more in?

Yes you will get your money back if you don't make it off the waitlist. Right now we are full but people have dropped out and been replaced with people on the waitlist.

Just a heads up as to practice rounds. On September 11th there is a possibility of an event at Stillwood that has up to 1000 people onsite. If that goes forward we will need to use a small portion of the course for parking. In addition the TD's are prepping the course that day. Therefore there may not be availability for practice rounds on September 11th. Please visit and get your rounds in before that time. The course is open to the public. Just register at the office when you arrive.

I just received an update from Stillwood's booking manager. The large group has canceled for September 11th. It will be up to the TD's if practice rounds are available on September 11th.

I'm signed up in FA1 and I would like to withdraw but I don't see an option to withdraw in the register screen. My partner signed me up and also doesn't see the option to withdraw me.

I believe that Paul/Andrew can do this for you. For me the withdraw option is only shown under the registered players tab under the account that first registered you.

Anita's Organic Mill has just confirmed they will be supplying coffee and pastries for all registered players during check-in!

Please note we just added a lunch option as the kitchen at Stillwood will be making lunch for those that pay for it with their registration. If you don't prepay you might be able to pay the day of but only if there is food left over.

We are working on getting this for you. Our Foodservice Director is a little slammed right now - when she gets to this event I will post what lunch will look like. As a general rule to to staff shortages we do not have any specific dietary restriction options, but will have gluten free and vegetarian options.
I see what's going on, it is automatically adding the $5 course maintenance fee that must have been missed when I was moved over from the waitlist. Happily paid up now.
