GENERAL DIVISION IS RESERVED FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO SPONSOR AND CANNOT PLAY AND FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT PLAY AND WOULD LIKE A PLAYERS PACK DISC

This will be a 2 day, 2 round tournament. Every division will play a round at Iron Hoof and Parkers Pasture. All mixed open division and MA1 will play Parkers Pasture Saturday and Iron Hoof Sunday. All other divisions will play Iron Hoof Saturday and Parkers Pasture Sunday.

Event Sponsorship
Tier 1- 1 year tee sponsorship- $100, gets you early registration (July 18, 6 p.m.), a custom sponsors only tee shirt, and a sign of the hole of your choice, till the end of 2026.
Tier 2- temporary hole sponsor- $40, gets you early registration (July 25, 6 p.m.), a custom Hotlanta Koozie, and a sign of the hole of your choice through the tournament.
Once we hit our $1000 goal for added cash the rest of the Sponsorship money will be split 50/50. 50% for this tournament and 50% toward upcoming tournaments.



Players Packs
AM's will receive a custom stamped Halo star disc (mold info soon), a park and fly seat, and an INNsulated 32oz canteen. This is a $86 retail value or 122% of your entry cost.

WE WILL NEED A MINIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE TO MAKE A DIVISION WITH THE ACCEPTION OF JUNIORS AND FEMALE DIVISIONS. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 4 WE WILL PUT YOU IN THE CLOSEST DIVISION WE CAN THAT DOES MEET THIS REQUIREMENT

Players fees
$4 PDGA players fees
$3 per person course rental fees

PAYOUT
100% NET, plus $1000 minimum added cash paid to the top 45% of each Open division.
No payouts for AM instead players packs will be at over 120% value and added prizes.

Newton County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund
