You are receiving this email because you are registered for the 2020 Hoosier Hoser Flex Start Friday.

First and foremost, thank you for registering for 2020 Hoosier Hoser Flex Start Friday, which is a 1-round singles PDGA C-Tier flex start event at West Swinney Park. This email contains misc. information about the course and tournament.

Only the 18-hole Standard Course will be used for this event.

Flex Start: 12 PM - 6 PM
• Players may tee off anytime between 12PM and 6PM.
• The last card will go out at 6 PM sharp, no exceptions.
• Groups of 3 to 4 will be utilized. If you are not planning to play with anyone, that is okay, we will group you with a card.

Misc. Info
• Check-in will be near Hole 1.
• This event will utilize PDGA live scoring. The access code and instructions will be provided at check-in.
• Player pack discs will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. No exceptions.
• This event is trophy only for the amateur divisions. Trophies will be awarded once the final card comes in. Trophies may be picked up at that time or at the Hoosier Hoser Doubles event.
• PER PDGA COVID-19 Guidance please plan to bring your own water and food to the course. Water will not be provided.

COVID-19 INFO
• Per the Indiana Executive Order face coverings will be required at check-in (over mouth and nose).
• Please utilize proper social distancing practices throughout the event.
• Do not touch another player’s equipment.

There are currently only 56 amateur spots available. Tell your friends to come get some practice in for the main event.
